Prof. G.H.G. Trossini is a pharmacist graduated from the Federal University of Mato Grosso do Sul (UFMS). Holds a Master's and Ph.D. in Drugs and Medicines from the School of Pharmaceutical Sciences at the University of São Paulo (FCF/USP). Is an Associate Professor at FCF/USP, where he leads research projects in medicinal chemistry and drug design. Is the founder and coordinator of the Laboratory of Integration between Experimental and Computational Methods in Drug Design at FCF/USP. Prof. Trossini also served as the Director of the Medicinal Chemistry Division at the Brazilian Chemical Society from 2022 to 2024. The focus of his research is in the area of Drug Design, Computational Structural Biology, Medicinal Chemistry, Computational Chemistry, Molecular Modeling and Quantitative Relationships between Chemical Structure and Biological Activity (QSAR).
